Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable within a certain period of time. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain areas of this website.
Balangandãs is not responsible for damages or losses that may arise from the use of any information contained in this website.
At Balangandãs we have responsibility and commitment with regard to the security of our website and the protection of the data of our customers and visitors.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect your name, telephone number, postal address, email and age for use in marketing campaigns, awards and newsletters. In addition, when making a purchase on our website, we also collect information about the delivery address and payment details.
We may also collect other information about your experience on our website that contributes to the improvement of our service.
FOR WHAT EFFECT ARE THE DATA COLLECTED USED?
Your data allows Balangandãs to process your orders, notify you of important changes to the website's features, conduct surveys and still serve for statistical purposes.
We may also periodically send you (by email or post) information about products and services, campaigns, promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you can cancel using the following way:
• The newsletters you receive in your email have a link to cancel your subscription.
Balangandãs does not make your data available to third parties.
When fulfilling your order, it is possible that your data, such as address and postal code, will be disclosed for the purposes of preventing and detecting fraud.
UPDATING YOUR DATA
If you want to check the data you submitted at Balangandãs, you can do so by email. Proof of your identity will be required before we reveal the information. This proof can be your e-mail and password to register on our website.
You should keep this information safe as it is your responsibility if any actions or requests are made through your account.
We recommend that you do not save your password in the browser, as someone else with access to your computer can view and use your personal information.
Portugal without tracking - 0.95 Euros
Portugal with tracking - 1.20 Euros
European Community countries without tracking: 1.60 Euros
European Community countries with tracking: 3.60 Euros
Countries outside the European Community with tracking: 4.20 Euros
If the chosen shipping method is with tracking as soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive by email the tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery status.
Orders are shipped within a maximum period of 2 working days.
After dispatch, orders are distributed by CTT Correios de Portugal, S.A ..
Delivery times vary according to the destination:
Portugal without tracking - up to 3 business days
Portugal with tracking - up to 2 business days
European Community countries without screening: up to 5 working days
European Community countries with tracking: up to 4 working days
Countries outside the European Community with tracking: up to 7 working days
Distribution periods can be extended during periods of high order flow, as is the case with holiday periods and Christmas, which is the responsibility of CTT Correios de Portugal, S.A.
The distribution period may change in cases of customs retention for inspection.
We are based in Portugal (Europe), so please note that the customer is responsible for paying any extra fees, customs, import charges or taxes charged by the destination country for delivery. No charges or customs will be applied to orders delivered in European Union countries.
Balangandãs is governed by the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipments of items that are not authorized to be sold at the place of delivery. In these cases:
• If the shipment is made via Portuguese Post and automatically returns, for reasons of not allowing the goods to enter the country of destination, after receiving the order returned in our store, we refund the value of the products less any Portuguese customs fees.
• For reasons of customs action, in some exceptional destinations only the possibility of choosing whether or not to return is offered. It is automatically performed and the cost borne by the customer.
Although infrequent, in specific cases, the customer may have to go to the nearest post office to collect the order.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please check all personal and postal details when completing your order, as Balangandãs is not responsible for packages lost for this reason. Send us an email immediately if you have entered incorrect information, we will update your order if it has not yet been shipped.

If CTT is unable to deliver the order, a notice will be left in the mailbox to pick it up at the indicated CTT post, so there will be a period of 5 working days to pick up the item.
• When an order is returned to Balangandãs for the customer's responsibility and the customer wants to resend it, or send a new one, it is necessary to proceed with the payment of new shipping costs.
The cost of postage must be paid by bank transfer and proof of payment sent to email@example.com, together with the number of the returned order and the name of the first account holder from which the bank transfer was made.
The data required to make the transfer are as follows:

Exchanges of products are not accepted, only returns.
Balangandãs only accepts returns of new products, without any type of damage or signs of use, within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the order. To proceed with the return you must contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org to register.
We do not accept returns on the following items: Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and will be offered to send that return along with the next order. If the customer refuses and wants to retrieve the item, he will have to bear the corresponding charges.
To exercise your right to return, send an email to email@example.com with the order number, description or reference of the product you want to return. Wait for the confirmation of the return by our team, you must send the item to our facilities within a maximum period of 15 working days.

RETURN ON TRANSPORT EXPENSES
The return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, the costs of transporting the shipment and the return of the order will be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in a pending state, which means that it has not yet been packed and has not left our office. Contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel it.
If you cancel a paid order, the refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days.
METHODS AND REFUND TIMES
Balangandãs will do its best to reimburse the customer quickly, however, keeping a maximum period of 30 days from the date of arrival of the return to our office.
In the case of cancelled orders (paid orders that have not been shipped), the maximum refund period is 15 days.
The refund will be made as follows:
• If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself and can be verified on the next statement.
• If you paid for your order by ATM, contact us by email email@example.com with your bank account details (NIB and SWIFT) and the refund will be transferred to that account.
We take appropriate precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products presented on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Balangandãs may modify prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.
Refusing orders can also be the result of other reasons such as:
• Product out of stock.
• Inability to obtain payment authorization.
• Fraudulent orders.
If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately by us.
We do everything in our power to keep your order and payment details secure. But, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data that you provided when accessing or ordering on our website.
